In September, the State Officers and Board gathered in Columbus for a day of strategic planning, setting the stage for an impactful year. October saw us rallying together at the Fall Rally in Perry, where students embraced a 'Champions Attitude' inspired by Lasada Pippen. Themed Speech and design competitions fueled friendly competition, and the Georgia National Fair added a touch of amusement.
The Fall Leadership Conference in Columbus was a highlight of the year so far, featuring the inaugural Transition Fair, insightful Industry Tours, and an inspiring dinner with Mr. Keith Brown. The dance brought students together for a night of fun, forging connections and creating lasting memories.
Looking ahead to 2024, CTI Coordinators will embark on their professional learning days in January, setting up the rest of the year for success and growth. Sports Marketing Day with the Hawks in February gives students the chance to have behind-the-scenes access to the ins and outs of what it takes to keep an organization like the Hawks moving. The CTSO Legislative Day in February offers students a chance to not only see how the government works from the inside, but it gives them a chance to let their voices be heard. The Virtual Prep Days in January, February, and March prepare us for and lead us to the much-anticipated State Leadership Conference at Rock Eagle in April.
