Stay Connected with Georgia CTI
Georgia CTI hosts three major statewide events throughout the year, each offering students a different opportunity to learn, connect, and grow.
Emerging Leaders Day (ELD)
Emerging Leaders Day is designed for students who are beginning to explore their leadership potential. Students participate in activities that help build confidence, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills while connecting with other CTI students from across Georgia.
Fall Leadership Conference (FLC)
FLC is an opportunity for CTI students to take their leadership skills to the next level. Students connect with peers, participate in leadership-focused activities, and gain skills they can take back to their schools, communities, and future workplaces.
State Leadership Conference (SLC)
SLC is one of the highlights of the CTI year! Students from across Georgia come together for a statewide experience filled with leadership, learning, connection, and celebration. It’s an opportunity to showcase accomplishments, build relationships, participate in activities, and celebrate the incredible work happening throughout Georgia CTI.
Other Opportunities to Connect and Lead
Georgia CTI students also have opportunities to participate in other statewide events alongside students from career and technical student organizations across Georgia.
Students participated in workshops covering topics such as professional etiquette, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leading by example. They were challenged to think about the impact they have on their organizations and how they can inspire and support future leaders within their CTSOs.
Fall Rally
Fall Rally brings students together for an exciting day focused on leadership, connection, and getting involved. It’s a great opportunity to meet other students, learn more about statewide CTSO opportunities, and start the school year energized and ready to lead.
CTSO Legislative Day
CTSO Legislative Day gives students the opportunity to learn more about Georgia’s legislative process and experience civic engagement firsthand. Students have the chance to connect with state leaders, learn about issues that affect education and career development, and see how their voices can make a difference.
